All billing charges for Premium Services will appear on your statement as Absolutely Elite LLC.

2. Nature of the Service

We provide a niche local search directory. Our content includes:

  • Aggregated Data: Publicly available business information (names, addresses, phone numbers) compiled from third-party sources.
  • User Content: Reviews, photos, and ratings submitted by the community.
  • Claimed Listings: Information managed directly by verified business owners.

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all directory information is current or error-free. We are not liable for any outdated business hours, incorrect phone numbers, or service changes listed on the site.

3. User Accounts & Reviews

To post a review or claim a listing, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Keep your password secure.
  • Review License: By posting a review or photo, you grant Absolutely Elite LLC a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content across our network.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not post fake reviews, hate speech, defamatory claims, or spam. We reserve the right to delete any content that violates these standards.

4. Business Listings & Verification

If you are a business owner, you may “Claim” your listing to update details.

  • Verification: We may require proof of ownership (via email verification or phone) before granting access to a listing.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to remove any business listing that does not meet our niche criteria or quality standards.

5. Premium Subscriptions & Refunds

We offer “Premium” or “Featured” listing plans for increased visibility. By subscribing, you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy:

A. Subscription Billing

Premium plans are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly or Annually) until cancelled. Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal.

B. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard.

Note: Cancellation stops future billing. Your listing will remain “Premium” until the end of the current paid period.

C. Refund Policy

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your Premium Listing, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • No Pro-Rated Refunds: After the 7-day grace period, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.
  • Renewal Refunds: We do not offer refunds for automatic renewals if you failed to cancel before the renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property

The compilation, design, and arrangement of data on Directory Template are the intellectual property of Absolutely Elite LLC.

  • No Scraping: You may not use automated bots, scrapers, or spiders to extract data from our website.
  • Trademarks: Third-party business names and logos displayed on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Absolutely Elite LLC acts solely as a directory service. We are not a party to any transaction between users and the businesses listed here.

  • We are not responsible for the quality of work performed by any plumber, contractor, or business found on this site.
  • We are not liable for any damages, disputes, or losses arising from your use of a listed service.
  • Always perform your own due diligence (licensing checks, insurance verification) before hiring a service provider.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
